Key Features and Use Cases:
User Activity Report
Use Case: A compliance officer wants to track what files user “emma.jones” accessed in the past 30 days. FolSec generates a full log of all file activities by the user, including timestamps and actions.
File Access Audit
Use Case: A confidential document in the “Legal” folder was accessed. FolSec identifies who opened, copied, or modified the file and when.
Suspicious Activity Detection
Use Case: A user attempts to delete 500 files in less than 5 minutes. FolSec detects this abnormal behavior and sends an alert to the security team.
Process Activity Monitoring
Use Case: An unauthorized process attempts to read a bulk of sensitive files. FolSec logs the process name, access time, and files affected.
