Step 1
Log in to the FolSec Windows server with the FolSec service
account.
The FolSec Windows Interface file is run as an
administrator.
Step 2
Click the Stop FolSec Services button from the File section
and the services are stopped.
Step 3
In the Task manager section, it is checked whether there are
Python.exe files running in the background, and if there is, these files are
terminated.
Step 4
If there are too many Python files, you can stop them all by
running the "kill_python_processes" file in the file location of the
FolSec Windows Interface file as an administrator.
Step 5
“Install or Update FolSec” button is clicked
Step 6
From the window that opens, if FolSec can access the Windows
Server folsec.com, you can update it by clicking the Install button while the
Online Installation tick is active. If you do not have access to folsec.com,
proceed to the article below.
Step 7
Offline Setup
https://folsec.com/releases/folsec-windows-interface.latest.zip
Download the file at FolSec and install it on the desktop of the FolSec server.
Remove the Online Installation tick and select
"..." Click the button and select the file you have downloaded
directly in zip form.
Step 8
“Install” Click on the button.
Step 9
Enter the password of your service account and click the
"Continue" button.
Step 10
The Update Process has been completed successfully.
