FOLSEC brings together NTFS permission reporting and management, file access auditing, file type and inactive data analysis, anomaly detection, and ransomware behavior monitoring on a unified platform. This allows organizations to identify who has access to corporate data, understand which actions users perform, and detect access permissions or activities that may create security risks.

The Secure File Share module protects internal and external file-sharing processes through encrypted links, expiration and download limits, two-factor authentication, antivirus scanning, and detailed activity logging.

FOLSEC Active Directory modules provide centralized reporting for users, groups, computers, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects. They also enable organizations to monitor logins, account lockouts, privileged group membership changes, and critical configuration activities. Additional capabilities include Active Directory health checks, password reset, critical group membership protection, and deleted object restoration.
